IMPORTANT CARE DISCLOSURES & POLICIES SECTION
Client Acknowledgement Notice:
Please review the following policies carefully. By scheduling, reserving services through Karen’s Noble Living 4 Women Care LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to these services disclosures, operating policies, and service limitations.
1: STRICT NON-MEDICAL BOUNDARIES Karen’s Noble Living 4 Women Care LLC provides strictly non-medical, hands-off companion support and presence services across all offerings. This includes our Elite, Respite, End-of-Life, Overnights, and Multi-Day Live-In tracks. Under no circumstances do we provide hands-on personal care or physical assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, or lifting and transferring. All clients must be able to safely ambulate, transfer, toilet, dress, and manage personal care independently without hands-on assistance.
SECTION 2: MANDATORY PRIVATE PAYMENT All services are strictly private pay and handled securely via upfront billing through our designated Stripe payment platform. Karen’s Noble Living 4 Women Care LLC does not interface with, bill, or accept payments from Medicare, Medicaid, or private health insurance providers. Services are reserved only after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
SECTION 3: STRICT CANCELLATION & NO-REFUND POLICY We enforce a strict, mandatory 24-hour advanced cancellation window. If a shift or appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if an appointment is entirely missed, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS provided. Emergency cancellations due to hospitalization, death, or severe weather may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Karen’s Noble Living 4 Women Care LLC. To secure a new appointment or reschedule a late cancellation, the full-service fee must be paid again.
SECTION 4: MULTI-DAY LIVE-IN ACCOMMODATIONS All multi-day live-in assignments (including our 2-Day Trial Exception and 3, 5, or 7-Day Live-In Companion Support packages) require a minimum of five (5) to eight (8) hours of uninterrupted sleep per night for the companion. Nighttime Sleep Interruptions: If a companion is awakened out of sleep more than twice, or for more than 15 combined minutes, additional Nighttime Service Interruption Charges will be applied and billed. Meal Requirements: Families must provide meals for the companion or sign a mandatory Meal Waiver Affidavit stating that the companion must purchase food at their own expense.
SECTION 5: CLIENT-OWNED TRANSPORTATION ONLY Karen’s Noble Living 4 Women Care LLC does not provide business vehicles or personal transportation. Any requested local transportation or errand running utilizes the Client's personal vehicle and private auto insurance policy only. The client must maintain a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and automobile insurance coverage. Furthermore, the client must be able to safely enter and exit the vehicle entirely independently without hands-on assistance or lifting. The Companion’s role is limited to observation, companionship, and navigation assistance only.
