With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, Karen Y. Flowers founded Karen’s Noble Living 4 Women Care LLC to provide compassionate, professional, and dignified non-medical companion support services.

Throughout her career, Karen has served individuals and families in a variety of healthcare settings, developing a deep understanding of the importance of companionship, emotional support, safety oversight, and client-centered service. Her healthcare background also includes experience as a licensed phlebotomist, providing valuable insight into wellness, observation, and professional client care.

Karen’s vision is to provide premium private-pay companion support services that help individuals maintain their independence, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
